Programs Director

​

Suzette (she/they) serves as a Programs Director at Health Improvement Partnership and comes to us rooted in compassion, wholeness, and courage for herself and all others.

 

Committed to equity, she has a rich background in adolescent reproductive health, substance use and overdose prevention, clinical care, clinical and translational research, research-based patient and provider education, and quality improvement.

 

Suzette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration in Biology and Wellness, a second Bachelor of Science as well as a Master’s in Nursing with a concentration in Women’s Health, and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice.

 

Along with her extensive experience supporting community health, Suzette is an impassioned advocate for creating trauma-informed systems of care, nurturing post-traumatic resilience and growth, cultivating cultural humility, fostering human connection, and integrating functional health practices so all beings can thrive.
