Senior Program Coordinator
Amy was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles, CA where she was exposed to community organizing and developed a passion for racial justice, politics, and equitable access to healthcare. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American and Latino Studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
Amy has spent time living in Washington DC and working alongside members of Congress to increase diversity in leadership. Amy is passionate about improving access to health care for underserved and undocumented communities. Amy works closely with the Safety Net Clinic collection and focuses on data collection and various collaborative programs to sustain and improve systems of care.
In her free time, Amy likes to visit museums, travel to new places, and spend time with friends, family, and dogs, Michi and Atzi.
